I sometimes have a nap in the afternoons. When I wake up from sleep I find myself so relaxed and calm. I absolutely love this feeling of contendness.I am totally connected with my self after these restful naps. I think this is the conection that the Rishi's seek on the mountain tops.This sleep seems to completely wake me up from within. I become totally aware of the blessings that surround me and makes me feel thankful to the Almighty. I belive that is the reason Dalai Lama has said "Sleep is the best meditation".
